Why this isn't free.

Free SaaS products are either ads-funded, VC-subsidised, or training a paid tier you don't want. We are none of these.

$5 covers the hosting, the database, the webhook plumbing, the SSL certificates, the time the two of us spend on it, and a margin small enough that we won't need to raise prices in a year.

Common questions

Honest answers.

Will the price change?: If your account is created today, the price you signed up at is your price. If we ever raise the price for new sign-ups, you keep the rate you joined at — in writing.
What happens if I cancel?: Your bio page and short URLs stay up until the end of the current billing period, then read-only access for 30 days so you can export everything. After that we delete on schedule.
How is this different from Linktree?: Linktree is a bio-link page. It has no URL shortener. Their paid tier unlocks analytics and custom-domain on the bio page. With Linkpop, custom domain and full analytics are on the one plan, and you also get the shortener.
How is this different from Bitly?: Bitly is a URL shortener. Their free tier allows ~5 links/month and no analytics. Their paid tiers unlock more shortlinks and analytics, but they don't include a bio-link page. We do both.
Can I import data from Linktree / Bitly?: Manually for now — copy/paste links. We're working on importers but they're not shipping the day you sign up. Sorry for being honest about it.
Is there a team plan?: No. We're not pretending there is. If you need multiple seats today, this isn't the product yet.
Where do I get help?: Email and we reply. There's no support tier. The person who answers wrote the code.
